Incase you didn’t know, we had such an amazing time at the Nectar Lounge on the 26th. We were overwhelmed at the support that you all showed us and it truly was a rejuvenating experience getting a chance to play in front of our hometown crowd. We are doing everything we can to make it a regular occurrence around here!

I’m also stoked to say that have some amazing photos that our friend Paul Gibbons took (http://www.paulgibbonsphotography.com/). He showed up all on his own and took photos just for the love of photography. What a guy.

We also have some video footage of the show that we will be uploading this week, so stay tuned!

we had to cancel a show tonight due to snow. lots of snow. in seattle. pretty nuts. but we have something special to show you, and hopefully it can tide you over until the next show.

we have been talking a lot lately about this tour. well, right about the time we dreamed up the tour, this song came around. you might say that the song inspired the tour and the tour inspired the song. for us, this tour meant quitting our jobs, throwing caution to the wind, packing up our stuff and leaving behind two years spent in LA and all the friends and memories that went along with it. but if we ever felt like not going through with it, like just staying put, this song kept us in line, a constant reminder of the truth. That for us, freedom meant and open road and a song in our hearts. This song has become a theme song of sorts for our new year and for the tour we are planning. we hope you can feel the passion in this one, because we feel it every time we sing it. thanks for being a part of our dream, we’ll see you soon.

its a new year and we are back home in a new/old city: seattle! while we will miss la and our dear friends there, we are so excited to be here and it means so many things to be back. here’s a couple of reasons…

1. first of all we are planning a tour! this is our first time out on the road and we can’t wait. coming this april.
2. we are going to be playing lots of shows in seattle over the next months!
3. the window view family has some new members on the way!
4. last, but not least, our EP will be officially released this spring!
